adiq is our Dining Director at Lehigh Commons and has been an integral part of our team since joining in 2023.

Sadiq’s journey in senior living is a true testament to his dedication and passion for service. He began his career in 2012 as a dishwasher and, through a decade of hard work and an unwavering commitment to excellence, rose through the ranks to lead our culinary team. His hands-on experience in every facet of the kitchen ensures that our residents enjoy nutritious, high-quality meals served with genuine care.

Originally from Chicago, Sadiq brings a warm, community-focused energy to our community. Outside of work, 2025 was a milestone year for Sadiq and his partner as they celebrated the arrival of their first baby boy. Whether he’s crafting a new menu or spending time with his growing family, Sadiq’s leadership and heart are felt by everyone in our community.
