arisma Curry joined the Lehigh Commons team in July 2025, initially serving as the LPN Day Shift Supervisor. Her dedication and leadership quickly led to her promotion to Director of Health and Wellness in March 2026.

With 27 years of extensive healthcare experience, Carisma’s career is rooted in a deep commitment to patient care that began during her time as a personal care aide. This long-standing background informs her compassionate approach to leadership today. She finds immense joy in supporting her colleagues and is passionate about serving the residents of the Lehigh Commons community.

Outside of her professional role, Carisma is the proud mother of a daughter and enjoys balancing her career with family life.
