andice joined the Lehigh Commons team in July 2008, embarking on a dedicated career path that saw her grow from Activity Aide to Recreation Director, and ultimately to her current role as Memory Care Program Director.

A respected leader in the senior living industry, Candice is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) who is constantly expanding her expertise to better serve her residents. Beyond her work within the community, she facilitates a local Dementia Support Group and fosters vital partnerships with community organizations.

Candice is known for her unique passion and unwavering commitment to enhancing the lives of those in memory support. When she isn't advocating for her residents, you can find her at the beach or enjoying quality time with her family.
